Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • Customer satisfaction is our core focus. All our products are hand-curated with love by our skilled artisans. Still, if you are a little less satisfied with the products, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, from the date of delivery.
  • For placing a return or exchange, you can go to your orders section in your respective accounts and select the return or exchange tab followed by the reasons. You can also contact us on 9369541200 or email us at
  • After placing return or exchange, your order would be picked up by our delivery partner within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping charges (Rs 200) will not be refunded in case of returns or exchange. In most locations, we offer a chargeable pick up service. 
  • If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to the return address mentioned. (Javinishka, Chandwasiya Pitrachaya, Near Idgah Maidan, Peer Batawan, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh - 225001) In such cases, we will credit up to 100 points in your account which can be redeemed in your future purchases.
  • After the receipt of item(s), our team would do a quality check to ensure that the product received by us is in a sellable condition. 
  • If the product is stained, damaged, any label/tag or packaging material missing or torn, the product would not be eligible for refund. In this case, you will have the option of getting that product couriered back to your place where the shipping charges will be paid by you. 
  • In the case of returns, the refund would be processed as per the original payment method.
  • In the case of COD, the account details can be provided by the buyer or the amount can be credited to their respective Javinishka’s account.
  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
  • You can request exchange only once.
  • Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.
  • We ask you to preserve the product in its original condition along with its tag and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to maintain its original condition.
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a sellable condition.
  • Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as an individual item.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we would not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
